The following act as data processors and access the data solely to provide their services: the CRM and web hosting platform HighLevel Inc., the provider of security and anti-automation protection for the contact form, the email service provider and, where applicable, the tax and accounting advisor.

Some of the technology providers listed above are established in the United States, which may involve an international transfer of data.
Such transfers are carried out under the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR: standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, or the provider's adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable to each provider.
You may request information about the safeguards in place by writing to [email protected].
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Requests are answered within one month of receipt.
If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid — www.aepd.es).
