Before designing experiences, I spent ten years inside companies as a financial controller and project manager. I learned how they think, how they decide and what they lack. And I learned something else: everything you invest in has to be explainable.
That changes the way I work. I design the experiences I would have wanted to live when I was on the other side of the table, with a clear goal, a budget that makes sense and an impact you can measure.
Along the way I have organised experiences in Spain, Europe and Japan, and trained in coaching, because people are not the context of an experience. They are the centre.
MONS was born from that mix. Today we work with companies, destinations and institutions that want to create experiences with meaning.
Ten years inside organisations. I know how they think, what worries them and how an investment is justified.
Experiences designed and executed in Spain, Europe and Japan. I know the destinations from the inside, not from a brochure.
Trained in coaching. Understanding people isn't an add-on: it's the starting point.
